Car rental terms and conditions require drivers to be at least 23
years old with a license held for 3+ years, a valid passport, and a
credit or debit card in the main driver’s name.
Key Rental Terms & Conditions
• Driver Requirements: The minimum age for drivers is 23
years old, with a valid driver’s license held for at least three (3)
years. A valid driver’s license must be presented at the time of
rental, either national or international, written in Latin
characters.
• Payment & Deposit: Full payment may be made in advance
online or at the rental office at the time of pickup, using cash
(in euros) or a debit/credit card.
• Insurance Coverage: Standard coverage, Third Party
Liability, is included in rental price. The driver is fully
responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period.
• Optional full insurance is available at a rate of €15.00 per day,
covering all damages, fire, and theft, subject to a maximum
deductible of €1,000.00.
• Fuel Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same
amount of fuel as collected; otherwise, a refueling fee + fuel
cost applies.
• Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued for
cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled
rental. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start
time are non-refundable.
• Mileage/Location Restrictions: Mileage is unlimited for all
rentals. Driving on unpaved/dirt roads and sand is prohibited.
Damages due to off road driving will be the responsibility of
the driver.
• Traffic Fines & Penalties: The renter is responsible for all
traffic violations and fines incurred during the rental period.
